Peppy Shellfish

1/2 cup of Richard's Barbecue Sauce

Use to baste shrimp, scallops and other shellfish as you broil. Arrange food on a fine grill rack or foil. Place the oven rack on the second level down from the coils. Don't overcook; allow 5-7 minutes for broiling.
