1 boneless pork loin roast
1/3 to 1/2 cup of Richard's Barbecue Sauce
1/3 cup of fine applesauce
1/4 tsp. each of cinnamon and allspice
salt and pepper to taste
Place pork loin on roasting pan. Combine all other ingredients together creating a basting sauce. Cook roast as normal except during the last 1/2 hours of cooking, baste the roast with the sauce. Serve with fresh vegetables roasted potatoes.
Optional: marinate roast overnight with the basting sauce in a clean glass dish. Remove from dish and pat the roast dry before cooking. In the last half hour of cooking, baste with a fresh batch of basting sauce.
