4 cube steaks
1/2 cup of Richard's Barbecue Sauce
1/2 cup of dry white wine
1/3 cup each of diced onions and red peppers
1/2 cup sliced mushrooms
salt and pepper to taste
In a skillet, saute onions and peppers until soft and tender. Add Richard's Barbecue Sauce and white wine, stirring and blending ingredients. Allow the sauce to simmer for a few minutes on low to medium heat. Add steaks to the skillet, cover pan and on a low heat, simmer for 12 to 15 minutes. Remove lid, add mushrooms and continue to cook for three to five minuets. Serve with wild rice and a green salad.Free Barbeque Sauce!
